2.1 Registration Requirements

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age and must hold a valid form of identification.
• Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. Providing false information will result in the account being suspended or closed.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their password and login details confidential. Account credentials must not be shared with any third party.
• Transferring, selling or lending an account to another person is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bajee reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A copy of a national identity card (NID), passport or driving licence may be requested for verification. If documents are not provided within the specified time, withdrawals may be placed on hold.

If suspicious activity is detected on an account, bajee may temporarily freeze that account pending an investigation. Appropriate action will be taken once the investigation is complete.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bajee offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making the total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — meaning a total of ৳25,000 must be bet for a ৳1,000 bonus.

4.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, which are stated in the offer details. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn without meeting those requirements.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period. If the requirements are not met before the bonus expires, it will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise in a specific offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as multiple accounts or coordinated betting — the relevant accounts will be suspended and the bonuses forfeited.
• bajee reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Program and Cashback

The bajee VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback is awarded based on net weekly losses — up to 0.5% for Bronze, up to 1.0% for Silver and up to 1.5% for Gold.

Example: a Silver tier member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback. Cashback is also a bonus and must be used in accordance with the applicable terms.

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, unless a specific technical error occurs and bajee determines it to be voidable. bajee may change odds and game rules at any time — however, such changes will not apply to bets already placed.

• If a game remains unresolved due to a technical failure, bajee will declare the outcome of the bet in accordance with its set policy.
• In sports betting, if a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally refunded; however, the specific rules of each sport apply.
• In live betting, odds may change due to server delays and bajee reserves the right to accept or void bets at the revised odds.

6.2 Casino Gaming

All casino games available on bajee — slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti — are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology provided by third-party game developers. Each game result is independent and does not depend on previous results.

If a technical issue occurs on a game provider's server, bajee may temporarily suspend that game. Settlement of any round in progress at that time will be handled according to the game provider's rules.

All content on the bajee website and app — logos, designs, text, images, software and other elements — is protected by the intellectual property rights of bajee or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially use this content beyond personal use.

Game content is covered by the intellectual property of the relevant third-party game developers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution). Any misuse of this content may result in legal action.

bajee strives to provide uninterrupted service as much as possible. However, bajee is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server problems, loss of internet connection or failure of third-party services.

Betting and gaming are inherently risky activities. Users are considered to be using the platform of their own free will and at their own risk. bajee cannot be held responsible for any financial losses.

If any user's actions cause loss or damage to bajee or any third party, that user will be liable for compensation.

12.1 Closure at the User's Request

A user may request to close their account at any time. It is advised to withdraw any eligible balance from the account before closing it.

12.2 Closure by bajee

bajee may suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Registration with false information or failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious financial activity or evidence of fraud.
• Being identified as a minor.

Even after an account is closed, certain data may be retained as required under applicable law.
